ARTIST'S STATEMENT:
"The
act of making paper is very much at one with nature -for me it was
the medium to convey images reflecting nature's infinite moods.
My papers are not perfection--they are organic, delicate, sometimes almost three dimensional. The combination of the different raw materials allows me to create the layers to integrate into textured mixed media collages.
I aim for a subtle, soft blend of colors, papers, and found - often overlooked- treasures...stones, feathers, threads..."
