ARTIST'S STATEMENT:

You have a vision: a colour,  a shape.

You go through your stash,  you finger the wool, the cotton, the silk.

You want something, unique, dazzling.

You work out a pattern,  change your mind, stay awake at night coming up with a new pattern, you finally decide.

It is not easy to work out how many picks per inches, how long, how wide...Colour combinations, Fibonacci system, random system (also known as a la Fernanda)

You start making the warp (you've got to be warped to          weave). You dress the loom...finally your start weaving.....

You are done!

Take it off the loom, it drapes, like you dreamed, the colours are just so...

You take it home for the finishing touches.

Final decision: SELL IT or KEEP IT
